just went through it. 50% is girls id see in dg, the other 50 is girls id think are more theta/gphi. their pc 24 is not as good as pc 23 by a long shot

I think DG thought they would get their average PC easily and then a lot of the girls they would have gone for went for Chi O and AXO. Then they had to scramble to get the best they could and that’s how they ended up with a PC that looks like half their standard girls and half more Theta of G Phi type.

DG’s class looks great. So does Kappas, so does Aphis. I’m not trying to take anything away from Axo who did great this year but to claim these houses ‘fell off’ is weird.

Looking at the big group pic on Dg insta it looks like a good pc to me. A lot of my friends actually had dg aphi for pref and went dg🤷♀️ there are a lot of beautiful dgs this year. Same w kappa. And aphi of course. No one fell off.

I think APhi actually did pretty good, lots of pretty and social girls, lots of posts on insta and tiktok! I think DG and Kappa were the biggest let downs, every chapter got a great PC of course but these two feel like they could have strived for so much more the way Chi O, AXO and even Theta did.

I think some of the houses (aphi, dg, kkg) got too comfortable and cut way too many girls early on. As girls dropped out of rush or started going to other houses the pool of girls that these houses had to choose from got smaller and smaller. As a result, girls that these houses normally wouldn’t have picked ended up on their bid lists because they didn’t have a lot to choose from. Meanwhile chi o and axo were able to pick up a lot of these girls who probably shouldn’t have been dropped and it seriously elevated both of their houses.

^^^^this is why i think a phi and dg underperformed and chi o and axo did amazing. Kappa did good too imo.

Top houses don’t necessarily drop girls because they don’t want them, it’s a return rate numbers game. The math actually worked this year and boulder girls aren’t too superficial to drop when they don’t get the top 2 houses. This is what make all houses have good PCs and a string Greek system here
