I have a little insider info:
This will be controversial but I think there is one top house, two “lower” houses (who both did well and will get large pledge classes and all the other 6 are pretty much the same.
Pi phi
DG, alpha phi, theta, kappa, axo, chi o (no order)
GPhi, DDD
There was a lot of cross rushing with the 6 “middle” houses and each swings a certain type of girl to their house (alpha phi/ kappa one type, chi o/DG another and theta/axo).
Pi phi is boring. They will get the same girls you knew going in - SoCal, etc. Most girls who go this house wanted it (and only it) from before rush and had friends in the house.
The big winner here is that DDD and GPB both will do really well. This is the best year of rush top to bottom and will only make Greek lift at CU better for everyone.

Yes for sure, if you’re a hot, party, it girl and you know it you’ll go Aphi if you’re just a hot, party, and think you’re an it girl but you’re not girl you’ll go kappa.

This is a stereotype that I believed until this week as well. I actually had aphi for pref. I don’t have many followers. I don’t have any connections in aphi. I am definitely not hot or a party girl. Many girls in line with me at pref were also not this way. House Stereotypes are true for maybe 10 percent of girls. That’s it. Every house is great i literally loved them all. Loved aphi as well.

that is great if it’s true- would really love to see aphi focus more on sisterhood and less on the fraternities. Looks like the tides finally might be changing (in a good way)!

dg crossed rushed more with the middle tiers than I have ever seen in previous years

I think the reason dg crossed rushed with the mids more this year is because so many pnms got dropped by aphi and pi phi during the first round.

Girls from the start know if they are good enough to go PiPhi or social enough to go APhi, not so much the same with DG where girls are still trying to find out if they belong there or somewhere else. DG is for sure cross rushing with more of the mids than the top.

interesting take. things def were different this year. i feel like maybe this group of pnm’s was a little more open minded and houses that normally don’t cross rush ended up crossing this year. Love that girls are giving gphi and ddd a chance as these are both great houses!
