I know women who dropped those “top houses” on the first night. Get over yourself.

I think DG did really well this year. Had really high returns and girls who were super into the house.

Chi O did well too. And AXO and theta.

Pi phi did the same but you can’t convince me that they didn’t know the majority of their pledge class coming in.

Rho G and this is what I got from my group

AXO: Lots of girls loving AXO, I think they did really well this year. Almost all my PNMs with AXO and Theta, Gphi, and TriDelta ranked AXO 1. About half the PNMs that had DG or ChiO too still ranked AXO 1.
APhi: Didn’t have many girls going to their pref. I had one really love them, most were happy and but a few were saying they got mixed signals from the actives and felt unsure about them.
Chi O: Must have killed it this year, had so many girls liking them and sad when they got dropped by Chi o. Had a couple rank chi o over a top house. Many of them cross rushed with DG, theta or axo.
TriDelt: I think they did surprisingly well. Had a handful of PMNs sad when it was the only
House they got back but they seemed to enjoy themselves and ranked them instead of dropping. Had a few PNMs with tri delt and GPhi and they split about 50/50 on who they ranked first.
DG: Girls were neutral about them, no one was crazy in love with them. Only had a few girls pref there but when paired with another top house they got ranked two. When paired with a mid house they got ranked 1 about 50/50 and I has two that were paired with a bottom house then they both ranked DG first.
GPhi: seemed to do okay this year. Idk if it was just my group or what but a lot of the more shy girls were liking GPhi. Saw most cross rushing with TriDelt and a few with Theta, AXO, ChiO or DG. Most ranked them before tri delt but after the top and mid houses.
Kappa: Seemed to drop a lot of my girls early on, many didn’t make it to pref but the few that did had kappa/aphi or kappa/chi o, axo, theta, TriDelt. They all ranked aphi over kappa every time and then about 1/3 or the time ranked kappa over chi o, axo or theta. I only had one girl cross rushing with tridelt and they ranked tridelt over kappa.
Theta: I think they killed it this year, so many of my PNMs were getting theta back and loving it. Everyone I had mostly ranked Theta over GPhi and Tri Delt but saw them cross rushing DG Chi O and AXO and had many rank theta first!
Pi phi: every girl that made it to pi phi pref ranked them 1. There wasn’t many of them though.

Chapters that did really well and were exceeding expectations: AXO, ChiO, Theta, TriDelt(girls would rather be tridelt then no bid).

Chapters that met expectations:
DG,
PiPhi(did amazing but many girls were realistic with their chance)

Chapters that didn’t hit expectations:, Aphi(giving mixed messages), GPhi(seemed great for one type of girl but that’s it), Kappa(dropped everyone too fast)

More of this please. I would love to hear other rho gam recaps. This is awesome.
