Are any houses gonna cob this year like at all because I want to drop rush but I still want the chance to join later

last year every single house except tri-delt made quota so your chances of getting a bid from cob are slim to none this year.

axo and tri delt usually do but probs won’t this year - a phi usually does in the spring but unless you have friends in the house you won’t hear about it. i’d accept the bid you can get and see how the first few weeks go and drop before initiation if you’re not happy. you can always rush again as a sophomore if you drop before initiation but counting on cob is a bad idea.

axo didn't cob last year and I doubt they will this year. You might be able to get a bid in the Spring but not if houses are at capacity.

Almost all houses usually take a few COBs but it’s a quiet process so you don’t really hear about it. Because of the number of PNMs this year it’s unlikely houses will do any events
