Unhinged Post-Rush Predictions

This is based on what I've heard from my Rho G friends and what I've been seeing from PNMs on here, plus some of my thoughts! It seems like pnm opinions are shifting a LOT this year... Ik one PC doesn't have a huge impact on a chapters rank, but looking at the trends this is the direction I think things are headed.

Pi Phi - Stays
DG ⬆️ - They've always been a "Top" house but I think they're heavily cross rushing with Pi Phi this year and have secured the #2 spot

Chi O ⬆️ - Fell off a little the past few years, but I think this was the rush they needed to bounce back. They're well rounded and PNMs are loving them, but I think their social calendar will play a huge role in determining if they're officially a "Top House"
A Phi ⬇️ - Don't shoot the messenger but I think they've fallen off majorly with everything that's been going on and PNMs are catching on. A beautiful PC and strong frat relationships will keep them a "Lower Top" - but sisterhood, academics, participation in Greek Week / Homecoming, etc. also matter and I just don't think they're neck and neck with Pi Phi anymore.

Theta & AXO - They're absolutely crushing it this year, feel safe calling them equal at the moment. Theta has a lot of events and their house is nicer imo, but AXOs house is in a way better location. Both super well rounded, and it seems PMNs are loving them, so I think (like Chi O) who they mix with this semester will play a role in who (if either) is top of the mid tiers.
Kappa - Might be too close to call but I think AXO and Theta have the edge on Kappa this year. I think Kappa is more social than the other two, but in terms of sisterhood and everything else they're not on the same level as Theta and AXO. It'll come down to PNM preference here I think, and they'll cross with A Phi probs.

G Phi & Tri Delt - The number of PNMs is going to be great for both chapters and I think they'll officially be equal after the weekend is over. G Phi has an edge on Tri Delt bc they historically have been a pretty good chapter, but the volume of amazing PNMs is going to give both a strong pc. Very curious to see how both of these houses getting huge pc's + more pnms rushing every every year will impact them rising up through the ranks.
