SAE losing their house

Pnms, don’t forget that sig ep is coming back as a dry frat and they own the current SAE house. This house will only be SAE for 2 years and then back to nothing. Maybe you don’t care and like the brothers, but they won’t have a house for long.

Just looked it up and the lease is for 4 years. Also there’s no guarantee the sig ep recharter will be successful. They need 40 brothers to fill the house in 2 years which is not easy, that’s why phi mu doesn’t exist anymore
