My personal opinion about all the houses I've been to over the years
Top Tier
1. Snu (Obviously #1)
2. Phi Psi (Extreme close second but I personally like Snu a bit more)
3. Theta Xi (Best backyard)
Upper Mid Tier
1. Chi Psi (Love the brothers just not a huge fan of the parties, still high up for sure)
2. Sig Pi (Always a great time at projects)
3. Pi Kapp
Mid Tier
1. Phi tau
2. PKS (Love Dollhouse)
3.Theta Chi (Fun brothers and great backyard)
Lower Mid tier
1. A Sig
2. AEPI
3. KA
4.SAE (Have been pretty irrelevant since they lost projects and although they are getting a new main house they can't throw in it so it's really not gonna change much also since sig ep is coming back they will end up taking the house back from SAE in 2 years anyway.)
5. PIKE (This chapter has gotten better but still lower tier until they fully clear their reputation)
Bottom Tier
1. Kap Sig (Haven't thrown in like 2 years and have been suspended, will rise up once they get everything sorted and can throw again)
2. Sigma chi
3. FIJI
4. Phi Delt
5. ATO
6. DTD
7. ZBT
8. Acacia
9. The rest of the frats
