snu has my favorite physical house plus great darty area and great basement. phi tau has a nice house and darty area. chi psi is a good one. theta xi has a decent house but amazing outdoor party area. phi psi is nice but i don’t believe has an area at main for darties. phi delt has a beautiful house

Sig pi has the best yard. Overall snu/ksig have the best property.
