Which sorority has the nicest house?

Hard to say. Maybe Chi O? Beautiful house in a great location.

dg is my personal favorite for exterior, interior isn’t my favorite and i believe it’s small. I think chi o probably has my favorite interior because it’s so elegant but i’ve heard the rooms can be hit or miss. pi phi and kappa have beautiful exteriors, aphi has a beautiful exterior but it’s small. can’t speak in gphi or tridelt but the exteriors are pretty. axo has a more plain exterior but their first floor is cute and i like their roof. theta is cute but slightly older interior that i didn’t love.

Tri delt has the nicest house BY FAR it’s huge and nice on the outside and inside and is constantly being renovated…I’ve been in all the sorority houses besides kappa and tri delt is the nicest by miles

They pretty much all have pros and cons chi o is probably the best all around though.

Piphi: huge and beautiful interior and exterior but poor location that is farther from campus and lonely.
Aphi: Exterior and front yard area are absolutely beautiful but its small including the rooms. Location is decent.
DG: cute design but house so old, outdated and small. Great location though.
Chi o: really pretty inside and out(in the front) plus great location and a landmark on the hill. The addition onto the back looks bad.
Theta: pretty and unique design but bad location on the back of campus and far away.
AXO: boring rectangle but the front with columns and their letters in nice. The only house with individual bathrooms which is a huge plus and big and even sized rooms since it’s a square. Also in a great location.
Kappa: huge and beautify house inside and out. Very typical Greek life looking house. Dues for living in are absolutely insane and almost 2x the amount for other houses. Paying out the ass for something only slightly better than other physical houses. Location is just okay it’s a bit north for a lot of people.
Gphi: almost as boring of a rectangle as axo but has a little more pizzaz with the columns, roof line and front. Location and interior are just okay.
Tri delt: slept on, one of the best houses. Custom built for them and covered in little things that are meaningful to the chapter. Location is decent too.

Pi phi and kappa have the best houses easily

I personally love tri delta’s house. As someone whose chapter recently mocked with them, my jaw hit the floor.
