in my personal opinion here are all the non top 3 houses ranked (factored in sisterhood, house, location, parties, basically everything)

OP is just being a salty douche but the thread in general is probably talking about the lore of axo from when they were a struggling chapter in the mid to late 2010s-ish. They have been improving as a chapter and are more mid tier now with some issues to solve. They really got a bump when Phi Mu came to campus and stole some girls that would typically go GPhi causing them to drop to a lower quality of house. Also just from the sheer number of PNMs going through recruitment lately, the “lower quality” girls end (bad grades, social faux pas, criminal records lol, etc) up in the low tier houses or entirely dropped from recruitment. No one really cares or talks about why and how axo became a bottom house though in the first place because it’s been 15+ years now, they just talk about the more “recent” lore of them being a bad house in the 2010s. I was in one of the “top toer” chapters 15ish years ago and have dabbled in advising at CU on and off since then.
