It just has to do with their house and their HQ. Their HQ is strict since they just are just recently re-chartered. They are the only dry CU IFC house. Don't know why people think all of CUIFC is dry.

TKE is exactly where it belongs. Asig and theta chi and tke are all the same but tke has the best house and way better parties

Tke is essentially the same as theta chi and asig. They’re all almost the same just depends on preference

They are in the CU school IFC, Not IFC on the hill, and all of the frats in that IFC cannot throw parties with alcohol. It’s been that way for four or five years now
