housing costs to live in

this is a legit question:

Why are the live in housing costs so different from house to house? According to Panhel’s info, It looks like dg is the lowest at $9995 a year and kappa is the highest at $18,189????? Is that right? Why would kappa be almost double the cost of dg?

Are you sure the dg number is annual and not per semester?

Maybe it’s a typo and it’s supposed to be $8,189????

kappa has a nice asffffffff house and also they might do more for their lives ins, like allow appliances in rooms, free laundry, 3 meals 7 days a week etc. i’m not a kappa so idk specifically why it’s so expensive but that would be a guess

idk if appliances in room is worth higher dues, but a free in house laundry service might be cause i hate doing laundry 🤪

has to be a typo even if they offer a little bit more there is no way it could be double the costs of other houses...
