They are a good house! The house itself is small, but cute and a good location. They are somewhere in between the Top Houses and the Middle Houses. I would describe them as smart (they might be Top GPA?), chill, outdoorsy. Some of them have a skater girl vibe. They’re more natural girls who aren’t as into clothes, make up, extensions, spray tan, etc as some of the other houses.
