How competitive is pi phi? are the girls there genuinely nice?

Because their PC is always a bunch of girls from California and Chicago who have connections to active members. If you look on the cu 28 instagram you can practically point out every girl who will go pi phi. they don’t follow pnms like a phi does, and a phi doesn’t take all the girls the follow either

The odds are not in your favor (probably around 5% I think based on the numbers). You need to understand that the greek system at cu is a little different than other schools. There aren’t that many sororities at cu. PC’s at cu are some of the largest in the nation behind schools like Arkansas, Bama, etc. There's simply not enough bids to go around and last year a lot of girls were dropped early on. Mid-tier houses at cu would be top tier at other schools. Don’t feel bad if you don’t make the cut a pi phi. It’s not personal and there are lots of other great houses.

Aphi follows the pnms they want, how do you know pi phi already has their pnms picked out? Do they reach out to pnms, or just have a secret list?
