what are the chances of getting a bid this year from a mid to top house?

For some pnms very high and for others very low. Just go in with an open mind and find your people.

CU is weird in that there's really is only one "bottom" house - ik G Phi has become considered "lower" since Phi Mu left campus last fall, but up until then they were in the middle with everyone else. If you can ignore ranks, and trust that you'll end up where you're meant to be, it shouldn't be difficult to end up in a mid tier house since 5/9 houses are considered that.

There’s two top houses, two bottom houses and five middle so you should be good 👍

A Phi is already following the girls they want. Remember if you are a pnm you should be following all houses at this point. It's a really bad look to only follow one or two houses and tbh there is a good chance that you could get dropped.
