The truth about ranks
by: RanksPnms don’t focus your energy on looking at ranks on this website. CU is a lot different than other schools. There are top houses and bottom houses but everything in the middle is literally the exact same. Your ranks don’t affect your social life or anything either, you can get into any frat party if you’re a girl. There are so many girls rushing this year so I wouldn’t focus on ranks and just go with whatever house you like because I promise the mid tier houses are all extremely similar and there’s really no ranking of them

But what is it about the actual girls that makes the difference? Is it just the ratio of hots vs nots?
Like pi phi/ aphi are 95/5 hots and the mids are like 50/50?
Does personality factor into this process at all?

Imo there are hots and nots in every house. Top houses tend to be focused on looks and do a good job of hiding their nots on their socials and in the kitchen during rush. Other houses try to choose more well rounded girls (looks+grades+personality) and aren’t obsessed with what frat boys think of them. Sometimes (not always) there is less focus on sisterhood in the top houses which creates a lot of high school like drama (ie- what happened with aphi last year).
