frat ranks '23-'24

context: freshman in chi o, have been to most houses. +- 1 per rank
top:
1. sigma nu: best house, huge parties, guys are kind of full of themselves
2. theta xi: not the best house but one of the best backyards. guys are rly nice.
3. phi psi: their basement parties are crazy. always packed to the brim, guys are good looking. i heard they are getting SAE's house as an annex next year as well
4. chi psi: pretty much only throw hallway parties. not too fun. but their darties are awesome and pretty house
5. ksig: they havent thrown much but when they do they are top three for sure. pretty good looking guys.
upper mid:
6. SAE: cool guys and fun darties
7. sig pi: by far best darty spot in boulder
8. phi tau: fun parties, some weird guys in here though.
mid:
9. theta chi: honestly pretty fun, house is just not great
10. phi delt: cool house and party spot, theyre just dry
