Axo was the only lower mid sorority to COB

I don't know about this year, but last year every single house (including tops) gave out at least a few bids in spring.

My roommate got a bid from APhi this semester and she was also taking to girls at DG for COB. The girls she talked to said all the houses take girls in the spring to replace December graduates, girls abroad and fill up after fall if they didn’t reach cap. A DG also told her that AXO nationals makes them do more formal COB events and stuff no matter how many bids they extend, even if it’s only like 3 bids they still do all the events and bid day and stuff while other houses can just quietly extend bids to girls without doing the formal events.

I’m on panhel and can confirm that 5 houses did cob. Another 2 houses did not participate in cob, but did extend bids. So almost every single house picked up a few new members. Whether or not they had bid day events depends on the house 😊

Axo had very few bids to give out this semester. Most sororities that had that amount of spots to fill would’ve made it a very quiet process but bc of axos nationals they have to do a bid day no matter how few bids it is. All the sororities gave out at least a couple bids because of people who dropped or graduated or got on financial suspension
