The thing with CU is, people will try to make everything about tiers and rankings when it’s as simple as two halves.
Upper- socially “higher” hang out with each other and mix with the same frats. More social privileges of this one, overall these houses all run in the same circle and compete heavily against each other in rush
Pi Phi, Aphi, DG, Chi O, KKG

Lower- compete with each other in rush, socialize with the same groups and same frats
Theta, AXO, Gphi, Tri Delt

According to the FHA you must have a credit score of 650 above before you can get apartment from them, though my score was at the rate of 450 and I needed to get an apartment but my score was low with a lot collection in items, Tax liens, Repos, Late payment, loans, all this hinder me from getting an apartment from FHA. I have searched and searched for a credit repair agent but to no avail, I got referred to XAP Credit Solution from an old friend so I emailed XAPCREDITSOLUTION AT GMAIL DOT COM. After discussion, all the collections, loans, tax liens, repos and late payment were removed. Late payments were marked as paid on time, he also paid off my credit card debts. It was amazing. I don't know how he did this in less than a week but I think he is the best when it comes to credit repairs and other hacking issues. You can as well contact him if you need his services. This is true during rush. Some pnms only want the top 5 and will drop if they don’t get one. Additional tiers within the top 5 are real, but many pnms would just be happy with any of the top houses. Especially now that rush is so competitive at CU

Agreed. There are tiers within this but the “upper” section is the most coveted.

Girls are lucky to get a bid anywhere.The number of CU chapters are totally disproportionate to the number of pnms. So many girls got dropped by houses they thought were a sure thing. 😞

I am in one of the "Top 5" houses listed above and I can tell you that no one in my pc "coveted" their bid lol. I love my house, but It definitely was not my first choice. TBH Pi Phi and A Phi might be "coveted" but I'm not sure about that either. Greeklife at CU is not that deep-this isn't Bama😂

These five definitely do not compete heavily with each other during rush lol. There are really only two top houses (pi phi and a phi) and yes these two compete heavily (maybe dg but they’re below pi phi and a phi). Anyone who actually goes to CU will tell you this.
