What is PI Phi like compared to Aphi DG and Chi o

pi phi is generally considered #1. They are well rounded, naturally beautiful girls. Hardest bid to get. Lots of California girls.
Aphi girls love to party but have more of a stripper vibe (lots of makeup, self tanner, etc. check out their socials and you’ll see what I mean) Frats love them but they don’t get a lot of respect from the other srats. they look for girls with a lot of followers. They recruit a very specific kind of girl. Lots of Colorado girls.
DG’s are super cute fun girls. Still a mix of hots and nots. Kind of a skater vibe but chill. A lot of girls that got dropped by pi phi. A lot of midwest girls.
There is a big gap between these three and chio. chio is mid-tier and cross rushes with theta, axo, & kappa. I think chio has the highest gpa tho. Mid tiers have a mix of from all over.

“Naturally beautiful girls”… every single girl in the chapter has some form of an eating disorder, substance abuse issues, a serious case of horseface, or all three. plus most of them are dumb as rocks.

i wouldn’t go so far as to say aphi is the stripper house but they def get zero respect from other houses. most of their girls posts should prob be on their private stories. they have girls on @cubuffchicks falling down drunk all the time but can’t figure out why they are known as the sloppy party girl house smh

I have a friend that was an aphi. She said that the reason their members get away w/ anything is b/c aphi’s hq’s are in Colorado and it would be a bad look for nationals to acknowledge cu’s issues b/c they are basically in their backyard. Girls who get called to j board get a reprimand just letting them know that their actions are frowned upon but there’s never any repercussions like probation. Nationals turns a blind eye and basically gets swept under the rug.

recruitment next year is going to be crazy fr. so many girls ended up w/o bids this year. lots of tears fs. don’t get fixated on only certain houses. rush at cu is competitive. girls that were “it girls”, most popular in hs, etc. can come here and get dropped fast. tbh-you are going to have the same experience in almost every house.

I feel like after this years rush the gab between chi o and these three became smaller and bigger with the other mid tier houses. In order to secure this they just have to keep doing well and improve their rep amount campus. But it was known this year that chi o killed it this rush cycle and cross rushed with more upper tier houses than mid ones.

Not true, from what I’ve heard chi o took so many girls from kappa this year. Ik last year kappa took them form chi o but that switched this year

I just looked at chi o’s posts from this weekend. Cute girls but they are still very mid after this pc. Their pc looks just like kappa, theta, and axo ?

This is a particularly good pnm class for pi phi. Their best in 4 years and maybe one of their best ever.
They killed it during a competitive year, with a lot of girls rushing, and it shows.
All the houses got strong classes due to the number of rushees but pi phi really set itself apart this year.

You can’t totally blame Boulder Aphi for all their problems. It’s a much larger issue on a national level. Aphi alums are furious with the organization and have turned their backs. Check out Snapped the Sorority Podcast. It’s written and produced by a former member who spills the tea on aphi. The entire organization is in chaos 😞

My mom was at cu in the 90’s and said the same thing-chi o + pi phi = top two. I guess chi o had some retention problems for a while with a lot of girls dropping and that really hurt them. Interested to see if they can make a comeback.
