Pi phi ⬆️ absolutely killed it this year—#1 by far

DG ⬆️ passed APhi by recruiting more off personality
Aphi⬇️ dropped for recruiting only on looks
Chi O - solid house, good recruitment, but no change. They’ve been trending down for a few years and this was a recovery but they need to get it together even more if they don’t wanna drop to middle

Theta ⬆️ = kappa ⬇️ = AXO
Only difference between these houses now is the actual houses and the girls attitudes
Kappa has historically been the “best” and behave like they are “better” than the other two, but they tanked this year and are trending down fast. they have by far the best house though
Theta probably is the most consistent and is solidly middle, solid house, unproblematic girls. Safest choice.
AXO seems to be making people mad but this sorority is unrecognizable from 3 years ago. They used to be tri delt level but they are arguably the best if these three just because they’re the only of these three trending consistently up. They have the worst house but the best location. Opposite of kappa, girls are pretty self aware about their historically bad reputation.

Tri delt ⬆️ really benefitted by phi mu leaving and had solid recruitment.
