TRUE Sorority Ranks Fall 2023

Sorority tier ranks for fall 23 and spacing matters. Arrows are which way the house is trending:
Top: Top 4 but in this order
Pi Phi ↗️
Alpha Phi↘️
DG➡️
Chi O⬇️
Middle: These three are all pretty equal, the order doesn’t matter much
Kappa➡️
AXO⬆️
Theta➡️
Bottom: Both noticeably below the middle three and a big gap between the two houses at the bottom
GPhi⬇️
Tri Delt⬇️
Pi Phi: Top house, hot party girls, lots of wealthy girls. Very social and decent sisterhood. Top house but is always working on improving to keep that spot. Their physical house is huge and beautiful but a bit far from campus.
APhi: Similar look to Pi Phi but heavily focused on social media and influencers which brings down the sisterhood. Physical house is beautiful and has the moat.
DG: More girls next door type with a bit more focus on academics than the top two. Physical house is beautiful but very old and it shows.
Chi O: Most well rounded house in the top, mix of girls some outdoorsy, some party, some focusing on academics etc. Been trending down a bit because they don’t have a solid type to target in recruitment. Physical house is beautiful and great location.
Kappa: Good mix of girls, some very social other not so much. Very image focused, you see them self ranking a lot on here but they are a solid house. Lot of people say they are increasing and more similar to XO but they are pretty stable mid house and XO is just trending down closer to them. Their physical house is huge and beautiful, more similar in style to southern school houses.
AXO: Has massively improved over the last few years, girls are well rounded and care about improving their house and sisterhood, have a few random girls in the house but overall they are a solid mid house. Their physical house is probably the most boring looking but decent location and only house with single bathrooms not shared.
Theta: Very chill and fun girls, not fully consistent in recruiting so sometimes get a few randoms but girls are down to have fun and have a good sisterhood. Their physical house is cool and unique but location isn’t the best and has no Greek neighbors.
GPhi: Kind of a mixed bag of girls, and no strong type. Don’t particularly focus on anything as a house and have just an ok sisterhood. The best way to describe is just irrelevant. Their physical house is is like a knock off of Kappa, one of the more boring looking ones but decent location.
Tri Delt: Untraditional sorority girls of many types, they have a decent sisterhood but have a hard time recruiting and retaining sisters. They are very active in greek community activities! Their physical house is very nice and has a decent location.

tbh-the mid-tiers are kinda all the same. Some of these houses have higher gpa requirements so a lot of pnms are surprised when they get invited back to pi phi or a phi but dropped by a mid-tier house. Also, mid houses look at the whole package and may drop you if you are an influencer. Influencers don’t always want to play by the rules and often end up getting called to Standards for the things they post. Some of these girls even end up dropping. Some houses will even view too many followers as a liability.

Kappa, Alpha Chi and Theta are pretty much all equal a girl in one would fit in at the other two, all strong middle tier houses.
Also GPhi house for sure looks more like Kappa than Alpha Chi it’s the column and roof structure above the entrance.

this is pretty close, but I think pi phi, dg, kappa, and axo are all trending ⬆️
kappa is def become more competitive and will probably pick up some girls dropped by the top tier houses.
also, i wouldn't necessarily say that ddd and gphi are trending down. They are kinda just ➡️both will probably pick up girls that would have gone phi mu and this will help each of them reach quota

With Phi Mu being gone I could see GPhi trending down a bit as they recruit PNMs that would have been PM while Tri Delt might improve a bit snagging PNMs that would have gone PM.

I agree with this-kappa looks better b/c chi o looks worse, but I do think chi o has slipped to mid-tier. No hate, but they just aren’t relevant enough to be considered top tier anymore. I do however think they are top of the mid tier houses ❤️
