the tiers

Each tier has 3 houses, with in the tier; which house is best is debatable, but if you take into account all the houses on or off campus this is how they would be ranked just by tiers.

1) Kappa Sig, SAE, PiKapp
2) Sig Nu, Phi Psi, Sig Pi
3) Theta Xi, Sig Ep, Chi Psi
4) Phi Tau, AEPi, Pike
5) Acacia, APD, ZBT

Nice but Sig Pi should be switched with SAE. Pretty sure they no longer have a house on the hill.

Sig pi should be in tier three,they are not as relevant and have fewer members than houses like alpha sig and even colonies like Tke

on point... However with house switches for next year I would imagine pi kapp a little lower and AEPi/Phi Tau higher

Honestly think that Chi Psi and Theta Xi should be swapped with Phi Psi and Sig Pi.

Definitely swap them with Phi Psi and move sig pi to bottom. All cool guys are gone, only 10 nerds in a big house

Theta xi and chi psi tier two with sig Nu. Bump phi psi to 3 with sig ep and sig pi to 4.

No way is chi psi better then phi psi or sig pi. As for theta xi thats definitely debatable. Theta xi is better at things like the greek week dancing and philanthropy (and when i say that im not knocking those at all, two big aspects of greek life) but phi psi beat theta xi in greek football this year, got a really good fall and spring pledge class, and has consistently thrown down all year. Sig Pi has a sick house which is gonna get them really good pledge classes to come, but for the time being you might be right that theta xi should be higher then sig pi.

as long as sig pi isn't a part of the IFC they aren't going to get 5 star pledges. I do agree phi psi is on the rise and better than chi psi but i don't agree with sig pi. Im not a phi psi but their pledge class is gonna pull them up. They just gotta wait until the d bag juniors and seniors leave

Agree with "eh" Chi Psi is not above phi psi but Theta Xi is probably now. I would switch Sig Pi and Theta Xi and at least keep Sig Pi in Tier 3, they arnt as bad as Phi Tau or PIKE.
