lots of moms, grandmas, alums that are living in the past. my mom went to CU and told me that chi o was THE top house in the 90's and that aphi wasn't even close to top tier. I don't know how some houses got to where they are at, but I do know there are plenty of people still living in the past. Things change. Not in one or two recruitment cycles, but def over decades. If your house is struggling to stay relevant, quit bashing other houses on gr and figure out what you can do to salvage recruitment this year.
