top tier - no explanation needed, these frats throw best parties and are most popular and have the best houses

mid - these guys are cool and they’re parties are really fun, but theta chi and PKS lack space and pike is pike

lower mid - tbh ZBT used to be bottom but their parties have been PACKED this year and they’re no longer on the same level as the bottom frats and have better pledge classes recently, all of these frats throw a few good parties and have some cool guys but also some weird ones
