When did Phi Mu get better then Tri delt? Also where does Gphi stand now?

Phi Mu got better than tri delt when they came to campus… jk in all realness they probably got ahead of tri delt the year they got a house or the year prior to that, after they had a few recruitment cycles. Gphi is right above Phi Mu as the top of the bottom houses.

agree...bottom tier in order is:

1. gphi
2. phi mu
3. tri delt

Imo phi mu is the bottom of the bottom. Weird girls who are just not it. Tie delt has a way nicer property and a few gems. Phi mu will always be the absolute worst.
