Call panhel-there are like 5 houses that will cob. One house made quota but had already had a bunch of girls drop. Chi o did cob and spring rush last year but idk about this year

Some chapters nationals force them to COB no matter what they just don’t always advertise it. Best bet is to ask the chapters themselves or Panhel. Usually you can contact either on social media or most have a generic email you can use.

per NPC rules, any chapter can COB when the chapter is UNDER TOTAL. (a house can meet quota but still be under total.)

No shame in COB. Sometimes the formal rush process just doesn’t work completely. I’m sure the girls who got a bid via COB is ecstatic to have received one and the houses are happy to have another member.
