How top houses actually perform during rush

As someone who’s actually been involved in the rush process for several years, I can confidently say that DG and Aphi have their pick of pledge classes while Chi O and Pi Phi fall behind. This may not correlate to rankings, but DG and Aphi work HARD every year during rush to bring in their pledge classes. While Pi Phi is an extremely popular house they don’t put in as much effort during rush which makes them drop behind. Add social probation and last year’s hazing issues to that and you’ll see why they have been living on greekrank saying they’ve been performing the best during rush. Sorry, girls…you’re still a top two house but will not have the best rush.
