Theta/Kappa Discussion
by: bouldaIs anyone else really confused ab the theta/kappa competition recently? Most of the thetas I know, when they are friends with other girls in sororities it’s kappas and vice versa so why is there so much beef when their circles intertwine so much. I seriously know so many friend groups where half of the girls in the group are in theta and the other half are in kappa. Also they attract such different girls that I don’t really understand the comparison, is it really just because they’re both the mid tier sororities?

Basically the same, theta is generally known to be more casual and laidback, and as a more chill sorority while as kappa recruits similar girls they just have a more professional reputation i don’t rlly know how to describe kappa bc they kinda of keep to themselves!!

This person is just saying that they know people within both sororities who often hang out with each other it’s not like they’re saying kappas don’t hang out with other sororities. Plus if ur the type of person who talks ab other sororities saying “they have a mentality to only hang out with themselves” ur just painting a false narrative. You cant generalize and say they “only” hang out with dg and chi o either
