Top: Kappa Sig, SAE, Pi Kapp

Upper Middle: Phi Psi, Sig Nu

Bottom Middle: Chi Psi, Sig Ep, Theta Xi

Bottom: Everyone Else

I think Chi Psi has improved a lot. I would put them in top tier. Like 3
