Yea phi delts the only relevant one. They have 100+ dudes and have a really nice house and the rest of them have like 10 total members and no real houses. I will say tho they’re the most stuck up, I’ve been to others where they’re way nicer and more down to earth

Sigma chi if you’re going on CU IFC. The rest are irrelevant. Phi delt has a nice house but everything else about them is just bad. There’s plenty of small irrelevant fraternities on the Hill IFC but most of the big, top fraternities are on the hill or independent.

You go to phi delt if you wanna party, but otherwise look elsewhere if you want more

IFC on the hill is superior in every way. More fun rush process, closer to your brothers and more lit scenes and activities in general. If you go CU IFC, Sig Chi is probably the best bet cause they’re the closest to an actual fraternity. Phi Delts have a nice house but you could legit put Acacia in that house and somehow people would make them relevant if that tells you anything about Phi Delta Theta at CU
