It sucks for Sig Ep, but lots of other fraternities need the space. It sounds like Sig Ep alumni and nationals are just going to cash out and sell the house to the highest bidder. So, how much is that going to be? Anyone have an idea based on other houses that have been sold? Also do we call their nationals or their local alumni?

SigEp will wait until all suspended brothers have gradated so that the chapter can be restarted without interference or any counterproductive expectations.

It's as shame that so many men can't or won't live up to the high standards and high moral principles of their fraternity. SigEp is proud to be a leader in changing the culture at CSU and campuses across the country.
