actual rankings with descriptions bc no one gets it

1. Pi Phi = Aphi
Both are huge partiers and popular among frats but piphi is the more sweet, blonde, girl next door vibe while aphi has an edge bc they tend to recruit more “influencer” types who are more classy. (remember pi phi has A LOT of scandals that why they might not be as high sometimes)
2. DG
the top 3 are undisputed but dg will always be second to piphi and aphi. they’re more academic and are very trendy, they also tend to recruit a lot of coloradans. they give off similar vibes to emma chamberlain or those type influencers: lowkey but relevant.
3. Chi O
more lowkey but undeniably a high mid/low top house. every girl i met is super sweet in chi o and they have a more wholesome vibe compared to other tops. they have a lot of girls who dropped the 3 tops because they were too toxic so they’re all fairly social and sweet. sisterhood is strong here
4. Theta = Kappa
theta and kappa will always be up for debate of who is better until one recruits a better pc. Theta is more of an outdoorsy sorority but they’re very popular with the frats, giving them an edge. during rush they were known for being a “stoner sorority” which is more or less true but it fits their vibe. really chill, social, friendly girls. They’ve really rose in rank over the past few years due to better pcs and i predict they might take kappas spot. everyone can generally agree Kappas have a very different vibe to other houses because they tend to keep to themselves and are more refined in public. but they are also very fun, but aren’t very relevant to the greek scene here hence the reason why they’re tied with theta is because their house and their old ranking from a few years ago.
5. AXO > Gphi
Both are around the same tier because there is a small gap between them and KKG/KAO. But there is a huge gap between them and Phi Mu/TriDelt. it wouldn’t be fair to put them so low because they’re still relevant and social but have similar vibes to the two bottom tiers. Both of their pc 21’s snagged girls who were dropped by theta, chi o, and kappa but fit the vibe, increasing their ranking. Axo is known for having edgy girls who didn’t really want to rush but found their home. Think tattoos, funky hair, etc. they also recruit some girls who are into the sorority thing but were dropped from the top houses. Gphi on the other hand has more traditional girls, but their ranking is lower bc they’re not very popular or social, still super sweet girls though.
6. TriDelt > Phi Mu
Not much to say about these houses it’s pretty self explanatory. they’re all very sweet but they tend to attract the girls who didn’t party in high school but still want a sisterhood. the only reason tri delt is higher is because their house is gorgeous and phi mu just lost theirs again after climbing in rankings because they got that new house. lowkey feel bad for their new pc 🤷‍♂️
