Here it is lemme break it down for you

SAE lost their house so like rip to them and Kappa Sig doesnt have a house so they dont throw any parties in there any more. So Rip to those two.
Top houses in no order: SNU, Phi Psi, Pi Kapp and Chi Psi, SAE would be up here but they lost their house so who knows what they are gunna do
Middle: Theta Xi
Bottom: Phi tau, pike, theta chi, ato, asig, acacia, fiji, phi delt and all the others.

Ik frat ranks are dumb and blah blah blah, but this is the most accurate rating youll see.
Sig nu has a dope house, they have okay parties but still dope house
Phi Psi has the best basement, and equipment and cool stuff at their parties
Pi Kapp also has fun darties, and cool equipment at their outdoor party
Chi Psi has fun indoor parties and vibey front yard parties
SAE had the best darties obviously, but thats all they had, now they lost their house idk what they are gunna do.
