Every chapter has a different quota, number of active/inactive members they need to maintain from their nationals and number of girls that can live in the house so PC size literally means nothing to any of the chapters

wildly inaccurate, axo doubled gphi pc number and and gphi got way more than phi mu, phi mu got a bad rep around campus so they only snagged 19 girls this year
