How to get on Panhel?

thinking ahead I would like to hold an office in my sorority if I get a bid. Wondering how you get on Panhel too? Does every house automatically have girls on Panhel? Just curious.

Also, are gpa's for houses posted anywhere? TIA

Pretty sure every house is represented on panhel, but I’m not 100%. I’d recommend (when you get a bid) to talk to girls in the house who are/have been on panhel. I’d also note that some panhel positions might be better for people with leadership experience already (president for example), so I’d also look for ways to get involved with your house first before going panhel (but again not required).
