2021 Rush Predictions

Aphi⬆️>Pi Phi (=) : these two houses are the most comparable and compete the most for girls. Both easily top with no question. Aphi has an edge over Pi Phi and is generally considered cooler. Pi phi isn’t not cool, but generally only hangs out with one frat and doesn’t have a ton of substance (besides the obvious substance ❄️)

DG ⬇️=Chi O ⬆️
Opinion, but DG isn’t really ahead of Chi O, and isn’t comparable to the two top houses. DG has had rough pledge classes for the past 3-4 years, and while Chi O has struggled some i think they’re going to be even or above DG after rush.

Kappa ⬆️ = Theta (=)
Not as much to say about these two since they’re usually very similar. Kappa had a great pledge class last year and will probably do well this year as well. Theta has a lot of cool girls but will have to work harder to maintain.

GPhi (=) > AXO⬆️
Remember when AXO was bottom bottom tier? They’ve been getting better pledge classes ever since Phi Mu came to campus, and will probably keep improving slightly. I like GPhi, but it doesn’t seem like they are competing enough to join the next tier.

Phi Mu/Tri delt.
Both houses will probably stay bottom tier unless a new house comes to campus. Phi mu is getting a house which could change recruitment for them some, but probably not enough to not be bottom tier.

where is the panhel love today? houses are always going to move up and down AXO may not be top tier but they are definitely rising and keep getting better with each year
