Pike or Phi Tau

I’ll be rushing both next year and I’ve taken a look at both houses so far. Not really going for a “top house” here at boulder but they seem to still be pretty solid and both have some sick houses (maybe phi tau’s a little cooler) as well as good brotherhoods. Which frat would be best if that’s what I’m looking for ???
