BEFORE I BEGIN, this list is subjective and based completely on opinion and from opinions i’ve heard. Chill out. (in no order)
TOP TIER(as in you can not go wrong in any of these houses)
Sigma alpha epsilon- (SoCal guys, prolly get the most girls, got in trouble, might lose pledge class or two)
Kappa sigma- (Overall best dudes, might lose house)
Sigma Nu- (Best physical house)
Pi Kap-(falling off a bit, has good dudes)
-UPPER MIDDLE TIER-
-Chi Psi-(nice guys)
-Theta Xi-(booze haze)
-MIDDLE TIER-
-Pike-(def a trending house, wouldn’t call them an upper middle yet though)
-Phi tau-(cool house kinda weird dudes)
-Phi Psi-(idk)
-Sigma Pi-(lost house, were cool though)
-BOTTOM TIER-(aka don’t rush these)
