Based on the selection trends over the last 3-4 recruitment cycles & overall chapter reputation / house composition, here’s the true rankings:

Top Tier / Most Selective:
Alpha Phi / Pi Phi
{🔝 equals; both trending ⬆️ based on most successful and strongest consecutive recruitment cycles /
solid top tier / most competitively established local chapters with strong National reputations / consistently strongest PC}

Second Tier / Selective:
Chi O, Delta Gamma
{Strong National reputations / well established local chapters /
both trending ⬇️ due to consecutive years of weak recent PC}

Third Tier / Moderately Selective:
Theta, Kappa, G Phi
{Strong National chapters / weaker local chapters / in order:
Theta trending ⬆️; Kappa trending ⬇️: G Phi trending ⬆️}

Fourth Tier / Least to Non-Selective:
AXO, Tri Delt, Phi Mu
{Strong National reputation / weak local chapters / in order:
AXO trending slightly ⬆️ due to recent PC; others hold in lowest order bc they’re unable to recruit selectively}

gphi just isn’t on the same level as theta or kappa let alone theta thinking they’re above kappa

Yeah this is mostly all true but let me guess, so is this from a kappa or gphi perspective? I do think theta may out do kappa again this year though.

Theta is now tied with DG and move GPhi with AXO. Kappa seriously should get moved down too. A lot of similar kinds of girls in the bottom four houses now. But I can see why there may be two houses per tier.
