Is it weird to rush as a sophomore at CU? Was wondering if frats care or not

Id say spring sophomore. Frats get desperate for numbers in the spring.

It is not weird but most people that are rushing will be Freshman.

i rushed as a transferjunior and got bids to almost all the houses i rushed, it doesnt hurt your chances, and there were two sophmores in my PC. rush chairs dont care about your age they just care about you
