fraternity spring rush

What are the good fraternity houses here ? Honest opinion no bs please. From what it looks like, Kappa Sig, SAE, and Pi Kapps appear to be on top. Is this accurate ? Also does every fraternity hold spring rush? I am transferring here in the spring and would like to join a fraternity.

Yeah those are pretty much the top 3, with frats like Sig Nu, Phi Psi and Theta Xi in Tier 2.

And yes, Spring Rush.

Is having a big rush 2nd semester. Still top tier with the other 3.

SAE, Pi Kap, and Kappa Sig basically run greek life here as they are the most selective and difficult houses to pledge. Don't listen to that guy about Sig Pi they are done.

If you're going to be here for 3+ years, I might suggest taking Pi Kapp / SAE off of your list. Pi Kapp won't have a house next year, SAE has lost 2 houses in 2 years and is currently scattered among smaller houses on the hill. A lot of the tier 2 houses listed + Chi Psi have promising futures it seems like and if you're here for 3+ years, joining one of them might be a smart call if you're concerned about being in a "top house"

Pi Kapp already has a backup house arranged for when they lose their current one and SAE has figured out their situation too. Self-promoting second or third tier person here.

First, nice try trying to promote second tiers. Second, the pledge classes this year for Pi Kapp and SAE are killing it with 45+ each giving evidence to their brotherhood and like-ability. SAE and Pi Kapp are the two of the biggest chapters for their fraternity in the nation, nationals have housing options. How do you think SAE got two houses in two years regardless? Honestly, rush these houses and you will see for yourself...

False once again. I am in another fraternity and have friends in almost every fraternity and hate when people create roomers. Dont get me wrong theres douches in every fraternity and in pi kapp, but I actually know a good amount of cool pi kapps. Nice try tho.
