SIG PI, KSIG, PIKAPP, SAE
These are the fraternities with the nicest houses and have substantially more money than the other greek organizations on campus. Many of them own their houses and unless they lose their charter will remain powerhouses at CU. The only group that can join this group is chi psi, but the way they have recruited no one is giving them the time of day.

This is the true ranking for the top houses...
1: Pi Kappa PHI/SAE
2: Kappa Sigma/Sigma Pi
And middle:
3: Sigma Nu
4: Phi Kappa Psi/Chi Psi
5: ZBT/Sig Ep
All the others have their own scene and cant really compare since they have different objectives on campus entirely.

1. Kapp sig
2.phi kap
3. SAE/Sig Phi
Nothing else is really that big besides them
Reasons
Kapp sig threw by far the most and biggest parties so far this year and has a great new class of brothers
Phi kap throws a few great parties but pledge class isn't the best
SAE and Sig pi are slacking towards the bottom a few not that great parties and more shady brothers then most of the bottom tier frats

I've never once heard of a sig pi party.... There not even top 5
What are you referring to as in 3 pledge classes behind.
Kap sig has had moremrehistered parties then pi kap and SAE combined there also the only frat that isn't moving in the next 3 years due to lack of recruitment. If they are behind in pledge class that is because they take quality over quanity they don't need pledges oney to keep their house
