Rankings are being judged by the quality of the parties:

TOP->
ΣΑΕ ΚΣ ΠΚΦ - don't know where to put sig pi since phi delt has their house


IN BETWEEN-
ΦΚΨ ΘΞ ΦΚΤ ΣΝ ΧΨ - sig ep might have made the list but they're losing their house and didn't rly throw last semester

MIDDLE-
ΠΚΑ FIJI ΤΚΕ ΘΧ
ΑΣΦ ΑΕΠ ΦΔΘ
(wouldn't personally rush any house below this tier, its embarrassing walking around with zbt letters)

ΒOTTOM-
Acacia ΔΚΕ

Rankings are being judged by the quality of the Brotherhood:

TOP teir houses tend to be bigger, shallower and have less brotherhood. It's just hard to actually get close to 200 guys.

The In between and mid teir houses (with the exception of Phi Psi - which has that shallow top teir brotherhood) still have a lot of guys, but they're usually around 120-180. From knowing guys in both top teir and mid teir houses, the experience in mid teir houses brings you better brotherhood, but hey to each their own, every house is different.
