Frat Rankings Fall 2020

Rankings from a graduated senior that may be a little out of tune with the Phi Psi hype on here. Look at this website for fun but thought I'd share some insights having been in the trenches for the last 4 years.
Top:
Kappa Sig
SAE/Pi Kapp (no order)
Note: Kappa Sig always going to be the #1 house regardless of their probationary standing. They have a wet physical house while their only two competitors (Pi Kapp/SAE) have bad houses. I don't put Pi Kapp or SAE above or below one another and think they're pretty much identical in social standing. Cool SoCal kids go SAE, cool Denver/Chicago kids go Pi Kapp... they mix accordingly w/the sororities that fall into those buckets.

Upper Middle:
Sig Nu
Theta Xi/Chi Psi (no order)
Phi Psi
Note: Also no clue why Phi Psi has gotten so much love recently but good for them...it's possible they had a lights out class last year. Don't think they cross-rush or steal too many guys from other houses in a manner that the top houses do, though. Lastly, Chi Psi and Sig Nu have no excuse to not be higher houses. Awesome physical houses. Willing to listen to theories on why this is the case but I don't care too much so try to keep it under like 400 words.

Middle:
Pike/Sig Ep (three years ago Sig Ep would’ve been tied w/Sig Nu. Still have cool guys but just a lot of issues and instability. Pike has had a pretty remarkable rise in the last few years but not totally sure how they do socially.)
Phi Tau (they should be better too based on physical house too. Any theories here are welcome too but please keep in mind the word limit.)

Everybody else...would've loved to continue this but I just don't know the makeup of the houses below this point.

Pike y’all have been actin up on this site lately gtfo with this old rank it still has simp ep on it. Your not better than Phi Tau
