Rush as a junior

by:

Hi, I am transferring next fall and want to rush, does being a junior put me at a disadvantage/does it matter?

Depends on where you go. Some places you will get disregarded and it will matter but if you truly vibe with dudes who like you then you could easily get a bid, just depends on the situation

If that was the reason, wouldn't he have not gotten a bid in the first place?

LMAO!! I know EXACTLY who you're talking about. He didn't get dropped the first week for being a sophomore, he got dropped because he was looking down at the freshmen brothers and pledges and forgot he was a pledge himself. Rule #1, know your place

Dude rush as a junior is pointless. The frat life at cu is ran by freshmen and sophomores. So if u get a bid, you’ll be hazed by people younger than u and you’ll never get to enjoy it with people ur own age. Latest u can rush is FALL SEMESTER SOPHMORE

Hey man, I went to community college for 2 years to save money then I came to CU last fall and rushed, had a good time, got a bid from sig pi kap sig and an upper-mid tier house, decided to take the last one because of better brotherhood, honestly couldn't be happier. My PC and the brothers weren't weird about it, if you're a guy's guy you'll probably fit in just fine with the rest of em. I say do it 100%
