Im a guy in neither frat. Ask any A phi or pi phi on the hill. They will all say Sig nu is better than theta xi. Dont take my word for it. Meanwhile dont listen to anything on this site. Theta Xi is lower mid at best and have a ton of warriors on this site.

First off Sig Nu shouldn't even be considered mid tier anymore because they have one of the best properties in the country and they still cant manage to be considered a top house. Thats hard asf to do but they somehow manage to do it. Also exclusive parties ≠ a top house
