Are the top houses still DG Chi O and Aphi? People are saying Theta out rushed Chi O this year?

theta and kappa will forever be middle tier no matter how well the rush. pi phi should be on this list though as a top house

Like everyone else, I cannot stand the pi phi house. But, they had a good rush. They have a type but got a lot of the big name california girls that all the houses wanted. Should keep them on top.

I'm not sure anymore. Theta is improving, and chi o is having issues. I can see them coming up to be a top tier if they keep having rushes like this year. I was a rho g and all of the girls loved theta.

I agree. a bunch of my friends chose theta over chi o and love it already.
