kappa vs theta vs gphi

Can someone explain the difference between these three? They all seem pretty similar

They are all the same for the most part. There is a little bit of a different vibe with each other the houses but overall, theta, kappa, and g phi are all very similar houses.

Yeah, they are pretty similar. I think Theta has women who are smart and attractive. I probably like them beat of the three. I do know some pretty hot Kappas. Cool. Grades aren’t as good I think. I don’t know GPhi really at all. Hope this helps.

I always felt that Kappa and Theta drew from the same pool of girls.

Thetas are way better than Krappa, which is boring as dirt. Gphi is similar to kkg,,,,lower tier.
