greek life at cu is diminishing

Has anyone else noticed recently only a few houses have actual frat parties anymore? All the other houses just chill and do their own thing, which is cool and all but it seems like CU Greek Life is kinda doomed

CU is just a chill vibe. Being in a frat. I rather have my money go to my boys just chilling then spend stupid amounts on rando dudes and chicks that don’t pay. Sorry not sorry.
